Frankly, buying or selling a home is a pain. It's a double pain, when you are doing both at the same time. Then there is the pain of moving - sorting and packing, getting rid of "stuff" that you don't intend to take with you, unpacking and trying to figure out where to put things since the layout is never the same.

Been there, done that.

As an Air Force Officer and Air Force Spouse, I've moved my family and belongings around the globe and back multiple times. As the child of an Air Force officer, I moved constantly with my family growing up as well.

While there is no way I can remove all the stress of buying and selling and moving that you are facing, I can use my past experiences to help keep things on track and reduce the stress, making it a much smoother transition for you.
