Dale, helped us get to market over a year after we took possession of the property and after several delays. She never pressured us but just checked in and kept us informed on property values over that year. Once we were finally ready to put it on the market she walked us quickly through the process and got an offer over asking within days of putting it on the market. Dale was very easy to work with.
