St Peters

St Peters – a rapidly growing section of St Charles county was the 15th Best Places to Live in America in 2017, by Money Magazine. It has been on the list of top places to live in the US in 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2017.  In 2016, more homes sold in St Peters, then in any other section of the metro St Louis area.  It features a wide variety of housing, great schools, wonderful amenities and a 25 min or less commute to almost anything in the greater St Louis area.

Not to be missed is it’s wonderful Rec-Plex (they hosted the 2004 US Olympic Diving Trials), the great shopping, restaurants, over 1,200 acres of parkland, and so much more!  With their own Cultural Arts Center, they are able to hold classes for all ages whether you are interested in art classesmusic classes, singingfencingwatching or performing at their theater or a myraid of other activities!  They even have a community garden for those who want to garden but don’t have a suitable yard!

Outdoor activities include golfing, fishing, athletic fields, hiking and walking their 26 miles of paved trailsan outdoor pool, archerya dog park, and much more!  If “winter sports” are your thing, they also have 3 NHL size ice rinks.

They reinforce friendliness with their city wide, Random Acts of Kindness Program.

St Peters has it’s own utility programs for water, sewer, solid waste and recycling.
